I want to change the controls to a CoD4 setup, since I prefer it to the Halo 3 setup.

Sorry, ya can't do that. It's not like you can pick a button and say "You do this." You have to pick one of six button layouts, and none of them have Zoom View (what I presume you mean by aim) on LT or grenades on RB. You CAN, however, use the "Green Thumb" layout to switch the Melee and Zoom buttons, making Zoom on B and Melee on pressing down the Right Stick.
