Hey. This might actually be good enough for a discussion! ... Mebbeh! YAY for stereotypes!
I've kinda always figured that there were two basic types of gamers. And I've always wanted to try to make a discussion about it, too. lol
1. The stoner gamers. Let's see... Not really sure how to describe this. The complete opposite of the gamers who are computer savvy, I suppose. I'll get back to this when I have my morning coffee.
Example: Me! HAH!
B. Gamers who are also computer savvy. Knows a poop-load about computer stuffies, math, and all that jazz. Also knows almost every little thing about th companies and people who produce these games, too.
Example: Most of you guys. D:
What do you think? Is there more to these stereotypes, or is this the general gist of it?
There's more types than that; what about the people in the middle?
Example: Me.

Stoners who are really smart with computers and math?
I'm both, but without being stoner.
I don't smoke. ;D
And like, Blaziken, I too suck at math. :'(

There are two types of gamers. those who make poopty binary jokes, and those who don't.
pretty sure it's usual considered to be casual gamers and frequent gamers but okay
What about the people that play a ton of video games (or one game a ton) without knowing much about it nor being computer savvy? Are those considered the first type to you? (Example: most "hardcore gamers", typical MMO players, etc)

The first time I beat it? A couple months, I guess. The first month was all confusion for me, but I got the hang of it pretty quick even if I ended up losing a lot. I didn't really know how to time hits very well or anything. I was 6.

And me.
I mean I'm smart, but if you ask me to hack into the pentigon, I'll be like "LOL, amidoinitrite?"
Seems I'm in the middle of those two.
