I do, if the company doesn't provide a steady stream of legal entertainment, they have to expect that people will pirate it.
I.e.: Really old VHS movies, obscure games, copy-protected music, etc;
Sometimes I also download old games so I know whether they are worth the money or not.
Games? No.
Music? Only Stuff that's not even availible in the US.
Movies? CHange that to anime.
Games? No.
Music? I do, but I usually buy the album afterwards if I like it.
Movies? No, I prefer streaming TV shows and movies.

uhh, the action of downloading is, as long as it's file sharing, and not just downloading. it's legal if it's file sharing, no other way.
I don't believe ROMs are legal here. it's just that the law against them isn't enforced.
Game: Sometimes.
Movie: Yes.
Music: Hell YES!!!
It's the pirate life for me! ;D
