Title: That stuff's no joke
Post by: FruitFlow on May 15, 2008, 07:19:37 PM
My brother bought some crazy glue and got a lot of it in our aunt's B.R. sink (I'm surprised it didn't go down the drain). It hardened in like...5 secs. and won't come off now. Not even hot water nor scrapping will help.

I suggest shoving your brother's head into it, then try to solve the problem.

What brand Crazy Glue was it? I must know!

I don't understand why you didn't take a gist from the name...

But that seriously is crazy glue.  Try making a block of it, stick it on a stable platform, and see if it's bullet proof.

If it is, then they should rename it to INSANE GLUE! :D

He actually did it on accident. He was trying to fix something with it and got it everywhere.

He tried to glue my locker door shut...  But I got a paper towel before it dried. (Thank god)

and then my other friend stole the glue and poured some on his fingers.

It didn't happen to be cyanoacrylate adhesive did it?  If so, use acetone to get it off, since it's the only thing that will.

My friends were in Katrina. People used Gorilla Glue to hold together unfinished buildings. My friends and I glued a mailbox together with it. The thing didn't open for 6 months.

Oh you mean stage 7 epoxy is illegal without a permit. uhoh...

But yeah Super glue, Gorilla glue, and Epoxy are dangerous. Stage 7 is worse.... You can glue 2 18 wheelers together and they don't come apart

Yeah we have alot of that stuff. It requires mixing a bunch of chemicals together and it dries in a certain amount of tim depending on how much of the bonding agent you pour in to the mix. But the problem is it is super hard to obtain.

Never ever try to seperate your hands when in a serious situation such as that. I remember one time, a long time ago, I was reading a Spider-Man comic where he was battling Sabertooth and webbed his face. He was about to pull it off but Spider-Man warned him not to.

Spider-Man: "Wait, don't do that. You'll...

But before he could finish his sentence, Sabertooth ripped off the webbing...along w/some of his face.
Of course they didn't show it, but imagine it.

The best possible solution, I tried on my friend, was run really warm water for some time. Then got a knife and started carving through it. I was really careful and didn't cut him.

I should have done what you did, but I wasn't really thinking when I did that.
Don't worry, as long as your not in the situation now, you should be fine. :)

At least it wasn't Gorilla Glue.
By the name, I'm guessing it's stays on permanently.
It is the strongest glue you can buy without a permit.

NOTHING removes it.
Oh you mean stage 7 epoxy is illegal without a permit. uhoh...

But yeah Super glue, Gorilla glue, and Epoxy are dangerous. Stage 7 is worse.... You can glue 2 18 wheelers together and they don't come apart
O_o Holy s***!  Who the hell would want something that strong?

I can't believe there is something that strong!

Someone who needs two 18 wheelers to deliver something, obviously.
