wth is the sig size limit

hmmmm, i have to go look for that sig and edit it....ugh I don't know what password I used for photo bucket and when windows spontaneously formatted the wrong HDD i lost the picture....

Ya...there is the size limit as well.
That mod doesn't really work, but the size limit is loosely enforced.
3.5MB is freakin' huge.
