Title: Listing all Chain-throws and percentages

Feel free to post, and correct anything I miss (I know I will), or correct percentages.

Pikachu's Down@Fox-wolf: 0-100
Pika Down@Falco: 0-60
Pika forward: 0-40
Falco Down: 0-50
DDD down: 0-40
Marth, TL@Lucas/(sometimes)Ness: 0-death (Z:Z:Z:Zetc)
Lucario Side-B: 0-35
Snake Down (On stage edge): 0-?

You can chain grab with Snake's down throw if you get the character on the very edge of the stage. Not sure the percents though

I didn't know you could chain-grab with the pikachu
