Zelda Music has always been some of the most epic music in video game history. Koji Kondo really "rocked" the video game world with all of his music. Mario, Zelda, Yoshi, Kirby, and all of Koji's masterpieces are still extremely popular today even the songs from the late 80's early 90's.
My question for you is: What Song(s) from Zelda bring back the most memories for you? Like when you hear a song you immmediately remember when you were 9 or 10 etc.
Mine would have to be Gorudo Valley or the Dark World Theme from ALTTP. I grew up on the SNES so Super Mario World and A Link To The Past were the games I played ever since I was about 2 years old. Yup the first time I held that SNES controller in my hands I was about 2.
Seriously.
The 8-bit music was great.
The 16-bit music was epic.
The 64-bit music was epic squared.
And the music now is great too. (Though, it's probably the least great of all the era's.)

My personal favorites came from the SNES games. Every last BGM from Donkey Kong Country 2 just SCREAMS "remember that time?" to me! I adore DKC music!
Basically, nothing brings back memories of the Zelda games I've played like the main theme.
It seems generic to just say the main theme, but it does supply me with a good amount of memories. All of the music in the series has been great, though.
The song I will forever like is song of time.
I can even play the song on my recorder.

For me it's the Dark World theme or the Theme when your a bunny or the Game themes from ALTTP. Or the castle theme, or the boss theme, or the lost woods theme, or the 1st dungeon theme, or the second dungeon theme...
On second thought, it's ALL good! :D
