Title: Tis' a shame...
Post by: Tupin on June 07, 2008, 10:29:51 PM
I recently found out about this game store near me that was supposedly awesome, so I went there today.

I should have known how it would be based on how long it took to find the darn place. It was in some really weird plaza, right next to an army supply store.

As soon as I stepped in, one thing hit me. The whole place smelled like an ashtray and everything was filthy.

What was a shame was that they had some really rare games there. Like imported games from every generation and Japanese arcade games for sale.  :(

Why is it that the only import games store within driving distance of my town smells like a bar?

I stop by thrift stores every now and then, see if I can find any games, systems, or old CDs.

The other day, I found a 1998 copy of Half-Life, a Rick Astley CD, 2 Barenaked Ladies CDs, and a lot of other hilarious crap.

There aren't very many game stores around here. Gamestop, and another Gamestop in the mall. :P
I get my old games at this place called Gibralter. It's like a giant garage sale, you can rent space and sell your stuff. There's this game store that sells old games at a decent price. That's usually where I get my old games.
