I was banned from NS2 for making an account called Super Hitler. (No offence Jews.) So what other site/forum have you been banned from?
I was banned from GameFAQs for no apparent reason, didn't really bother me. The only board I went to was super slow.
Banned from Oldsider for saying that the Link statue they were giving away looked gay.

I was banned at a RP forum for a personal reason that affected the Admin directly. She was really mad apparently.
NSider, three times and NSider 2 about eight.
Once on Oldsider, once on Outsider.

I went out with the Main admin for two months, until she just left me for whatever reason, she didn't say why she left me, she just did.
I then got to know one of her RL friends, and eventually I asked her out, so she got mad and IP banned me.

Never been banned anywhere before. I was lucky the NOA never noticed me on Oldsider or I probably would have been banned there.

Although even better than what happened to me was when my friend made a post on OldeSider that said that "Thousands of kids are dying every day in Africa, and no one gives a poop! In fact, you probably care more that I said 'Shit' than you do about those people!"
And he got banned for that.
