Hopefully it fixes the problem I have with games where I have to unplug the Wii and plug it back in because it freezes on a black screen. >_>

Good thing I decided not to buy a Wii Freeloader.

That happens sometimes due to a lack of activity. Usually just restarting the system (Hold power until it turns red on the actual machine) should suffice.

I just wish Nintendo wouls stop sending these things to me at MIDNIGHT.

That's why I always turn the WiiConnect24 light off when I go to bed so it doesn't wake me up randomly. Then I'll just check my messages in the morning!

Nintendo (http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/systems/wii/en_na/systemMenuFeatures.jsp)
QuoteUnauthorized Modifications to Save Files
Because unauthorized modifications to save files may impair game play or the Wii console, updating to Wii Menu version 3.3 will check for and automatically remove such save files. In addition, there are some behind the scenes enhancements that do not affect any prominently-used features or menus but will improve system performance.

It would be nice if they actually updated the Mii Channel.

No, it basically means the Twilight Hack.

Which is why I will not be downloading it until I install the HBC.

The twilight hack is a flaw in Zelda: TP that allows you to run homebrew on the wii.  The HBC, or Homebrew Channel was devised to avoid the need to run the twilight hack each time you wanted to use homebrew on the wii.  Find out more about it here: http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Homebrew_Channel (http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Homebrew_Channel)

And find more about the twilight hack here: http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Twilight_Hack

And will the new update delete the Homebrew Channel?

It would be nice to have more options when creating miis....

Regarding the Homebrew Channel and TP Hack - sounds like a good way to screw things up.  No thanks :)

Hooray, we get to move our Miis to a retarded parade, this is just as useless as the "Check Mii Out" Channel...

Nope, it won't.

@Poledra:  It actually is safe.  I tested it, and love it.  Some great apps out there to use.  Plus Earthbound + Wii = <3.

Earthbound. Really??  Will that be the only way we'll get Earthbound on the Wii?  If so, then I might have to do it...How long has the HBC been in effect? Oh stink!  I don't think I can since the update has already happened on my machine...
