Wii, and not just because that's the only current-gen system I own.
The PS3...well, the game library sucks.
Xbox 360 has a good library, but...too many problems with it. (RRoD, disk scratching, etc.)
Wii has a somewhat solid library, and not too many problems.
PSWii60 all the way >_>
I'm currently at stage two (Wii60) soon to be Stage Three (PSWii60)
But I like mah Wii over mah 360 D:

I'll wait a year or two, and see if Nintendo is still pulling it's casual poop to make such a call.
That PS3 is looking mighty tempting.

I'm fairly indifferent when it comes to modern gaming, but I think I'd call Wii the best. I don't own any of the three.
