Its really the same as 3.9, i dont see why everyone is still using 3.9, besides the themes. But the themes for 4.0 look better than the 3.9 ones.. They don't look as flat.

Because having the same desktop constantly gets boring and manually changing it sucks. So I use a wallpaper changer that shifts my desktop between about 50 different images every 30 minutes.

Just the mouse cursor and icons from it. I use Royale Noir theme and a wallpaper I downloaded somewhere then changed a bit.
