If I somehow did all the requirements that is says on the rank thread for partypants, would I get the rank and all the powers Vaatix has?
Obviously just the rank. Or maybe they wouldn't give it to you at all.
No, his powers come from the rank beneath it.
The rank has special permissions, but nothing past what the SIT has.
It's my admin rank that gives me everything.
