Title: Finally, a Ubisoft teaching title that appeals to the hardcore gamer.

My Japanese Coach.

Not sure whether it will teach Kanji, Hiragana, or Katakana, even though the basics of the language require all three, it wouldn't surprise me if they left one out.

Oh, and there's also some Ratchet and Clank PS3 game called Ratchet and Clank Future: A Quest for Booty.

Yeah.

They should come out with a My Chinese Coach, considering that's gonna like the first/second language of most of the planet in like 20/30 years.

Anyway, it should make it easier to read Japanese web sites without using Babelfish.

ooh yay

But I think that what will really teach me will be Japanese in college.  Can't wait for that...so this might be helpful for starters.  Enough to browse Nico Nico Douga without being totally lost, anyway.

Cool.

Also, this makes me wonder why Sony never published the Talk Man games here... I mean really they could have put the original Talk Man and Talk Man Euro in one package, though it'd still probably need two UMDs... ;_;

Like I said, they need a My Chinese Coach, considering that's going to be a secondary language to most people in the Western hemisphere in like 30 years.

Hardcore gamer? Maybe change it to anime lovers or wapanese.
Ratchet and Clank never has caught my attention, even with an innuendo title.

A lot of hardcore gamers like anime. Oh, and they prefer to be called Japanophiles.

Maybe you should play Going Commando or one of the PS1 Spyro games.

And Ratchet and Clank is Insomniac, so it's relevant.

Sony doesn't make those games, they are just their exclusives.

Oh I get it now.
Just like Jak and Daxter are made by Naughty Dog and Banjo Kazooie by RARE.
