I heard Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 was unveiled, anyone have info for me?
All I know is that is was announced (practically in a response to DC Universe)...

DC Universe was a response to MUA, Marvel claiming to have the largest cast of heroes and villains was a challenge DC wanted to accept, but Marvel is out to stomp them down again.

I'm looking forward to this. MUA was a pretty fun game.
I just wish they had put more into the motion controls, having the same generic thing got old, and they had a chance to make it really badass. I am also excited to see how a certain 50 story tall being will play into this one.

yes...one that appeared in a movie that came out this year... and it has a 4 and silver in it.
I'm more interested in DC Universe mostly due to the friend stuff which I know some pals of mine will do.

I don't know if anyone else knew this, but there was quite a bit of info on MUA2 in the new Game Informer magazine. First of all, it's called Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2: Fusion. The reason it's called this is because there's a new type of move called Fusion, in which two characters combine their powers for a super attack. This can be done with any two characters, resulting in a lot of different moves. The confirmed characters so far are Iron Man, Dare Devil, Storm, Hulk, Thor, Captain America, and all of the Fantastic Four. They said there will be "over 20 characters," and the plot will start right after the events of a comic story called "Secret War," in which Spider-Man, Captain America, Wolverine, Luke Cage, and Daredevil were sent to Latvia by Nick Fury to defeat a group of terrorists there. There's lots more little details, and I never played the first game (though I had both X-Men Legends), but it basically says that they've fixed almost everything that was wrong in the first game.
