The only differences I see besides the price are the design differences, the port arrangement, and that the $50 one is HDCP Enabled. So which should I get?

Get the cheaper one, they're practically the same.

That's what I was thinking. I was just making sure that there wasn't a huge difference. I have to hurry though, the $60 rebate ends at the end of the month D:.
