We have...
GTA coming to the DS ..o.o
FFXIII now PS3/360 O_O
Bioshock being ported to PS3 (with improved visuals and extra in-game content) ~_^;
Dead Rising being ported to Wii (no photo-taking, easier, new weapons + enemies, RE4 perspective, much lesser graphics but SD so yay readable text, different mission structure, called "Zombie Sacrifice", O_o
It's just nuts. As I own 360/PS3/Wii, I dunno what I'm gonna do.. sometimes games strangely get mutli-console (DMC4, FFXIII, RE5), and sometimes it's a while before they do.. but then sometimes they'll be an improvement (Bioshock on PS3 is gonna make me wish I didn't have the 360 version), and sometimes they won't be.. (Dead Rising doesn't look so good on Wii and not just visually).
Any reactions to all this multi-console madness? Whether you're 100% multi-console or not, you think this is right? What have you got to say about it?
Me, I'm torn. Picking between one version over another is bothersome and exclusives just aren't staying exclusive and then if they're released far apart, one version seems to get the shaft. What to do? @_@
And if RE5 goes to Wii 1-2 years later, I'll be annoyed. I'll already be torn choosing between PS3/360 there and then remember how great RE4 was on the Wii.. it'll just be.. argh..
I've said enough, talk.
The Wii can't handle RE5. Problem solved.
My Wii and 360 are both great.
Brawl and CoD4.
However, my 360 will be getting much more playtime because the Wii... just isn't getting the software to keep me interested right now.
My 360 on the other hand gets Fable 2, ToV, and there's already a library of games I haven't even delved into yet...
I'm not selling my Wii or anything but... meh.
I have said it before and I'll say it again.
The Wii is a system best owned in conjunction with another system or a gaming PC.
Most games I like are either only on PS3/360 or just on Wii. Plus, my brother is taking the PS3 to college, so that minimizes my options.
