Title: Buying Banjo-Tooie...
Post by: sonicdude164 on July 27, 2008, 07:29:36 PM
I played Banjo-Kazooie a lot as a kid and I still enjoy it but I never owned the second one. Now I am looking into buying it on eBay, and it surprised me but a lot of people are still buying this game.

Now what I wanted to ask... is Banjo-Tooie better than Banjo-Kazooie in your opinion?

imo, yes it is better, and it is a very cool game and is a wise choice to buy it.

Its more difficult and I just dont think it is as fun to play as Banjo-Kazooie.

Its still a fantastic game and a must buy but its not better than the original

I like it slightly more than the original.
simply because you get to explore more in the hub of the game.
Instead of going around Grunty's castle.
and the boss fights were fun.

It has more moves, bigger worlds, more difficulty, multiplayer, more minigames, more boss fights, and more secrets in addition to everything that Banjo-Kazooie had. Not to mention, in my opinion, a better soundtrack and more humor.

Of course it's better.

I personally think the game ruins circles around the original. More bosses, bigger levels, I personally think it's more challenging, more abilities, more easter eggs and little secrets, and I personally think it has one of the best multiplayer/minigames/boss battle options on the N64. It's definately worth the buy.

I liked the original a bit more than Banjo-Tooie, but I would still get it. They're both fun.

In my humble opinion, the second is twice as good as the first. There is just so much more in it, and the levels and controls are better designed, plus there is an endless supply of collectibles and cheats.
