I don't, but you never know. Someone might.
Actually, I do. The only thing I don't is the stylus, which I use a thick green one to make up for the tiny one they give.
I do. It's less fragile and I'm more used to the hard buttons.
I prefer the DS Lite for, for better lighting and a better Stylus, IMO. But overall, the DS is kickass.
Afterall, it's easier to play your games on the Original, than on the Lite. D:
I prefer the DS Lite, but mostly for cosmetic reasons. My original DS ended up covered in scratches after the first few months, while I can hardly see a spot on my DS Lite. Also, it's design is a little more thought out, at least in my opinion. The microphone is conveniently placed in the center of the DS Lite, but is in the bottom corner of the original. The stylus can easily be pulled out of the side during gameplay with the DS Lite, while you'd likely have to pause the game and remove the styles from the top back-side of the DS. Lastly, I can't tell you how many times I pressed the power button on the original thinking it was an actual button. The DS Lite's power button is located on the side, and hard to mistake for a regular button. Just my opinion, though.
I like the Lite better in almost every way, except one: the fat DS has louder speakers.
I own an original DS, and I'm not buying a Lite...

Same, and I don't plan on buying one even if mine does break. I've played a Lite before, but it just felt funny since I'm more accustomed to the original.
I never owned the original DS, but I like my Lite.
It feels comfortable and looks nice.
Meh, I can play both with the same ease so I don't care much, But I still love my Hot Rod Red DS!
I do. It seems more sturdy, and I don't have to worry about the hinges cracking.
I did before I got a Lite, but I prefer the Lite now.
I guess you could say that I've seen the Lite.
I still haven't bought a Lite. My old DS works fine, and I like that I can play GBA games without them sticking out.
I have the old DS. It still works and is in good condition.
I've played the Lite before, though. I prefer the old DS better.
i had an original DS but I got a lite. the lite seems more durable in terms of its build. Especially on the hinge.
I prefer the lite, because It's more durable. The regular DS Barely even fits in my pocket, and the hinge broke off a few months after buying it.
Well,Ii have both now, I still prefer the original DS~
I do, and I hate it when people use that unfavorable name for the original DS. I played a Lite to see if I liked it, and it looked pretty, yes, but it also feels really cheap and doesn't have the magic of the original DS. I would never buy one of those things. I would feel like I betrayed my original DS, which is in perfect working order. Also, I find it more annoying to snake in MKDS on a Lite than on the original DS, and I think the buttons are cheap and crappy on the Lite. Sure my DS is heavier, bulkier, and dimmer than a Lite, but it feels right. It gives a substantial feeling that the Lite never gives. Ever. The original DS can crush the Lite (literally olol), and I feel really strongly about this preference.
I have a DS phat.
I dont mind it.
I would prefer a ds light though, because my DS has a broken hinge.

amen.
I can't say I particularly prefer the old version to the Lite, but I've refused to shell out an extra 130 bucks for the upgrade lol.
The only thing I don't like about th Lite is that the GBA cart sticks out... even if I never play the GBA game I stick in there, I still like to have one in. Seems more complete that way or something.
If my ds breaks I'd probably get a Lite. Otherwise I'm happy with mine.

That's the thing that I don't understand. It makes no difference in gameplay, and if you want "sleekness" just put in the gba filler. I don't get what people keep complaining about that for. :-\ The only reason it's like that is to remove bulk from the DS itself.
I like the Phat more. It just has that nice feel to it. I don't really like the Lite, it's too small for me. Plus, if I accidentally drop it, it's probably done for.
I don't like the Phat.
I really like these things about the Lite:
It doesn't weigh down my pocket as much
The colors on the screen appear better
The system itself keeps a simple rectangular shape
Foreign material does not get stuck in the screen edges nearly as easily
The stylus stays in firmly and is easier to hold
The buttons and D-pad feel soft to the touch (although they are worse for things like snaking, I generally like them better)
The system closes completely (phat leaves a large crack) and firmly
The hinge is stable and does not wobble.
The earphone jack is actually useable (in the Phat, the shape around the earphone port made nearly all types of plugs not fit correctly)
The screens stay in better condition (in the Phat, I could sometimes see old stylus marks even after cleaning the screens)
The GBA slot doesn't annoy me very much other than when I use my flash cart (which would stick out both models of the DS, but sticks out of the Lite more). I tend to use my SP to play GBA games. I don't like the Lite's start and select buttons, but that's not very much. With both the GBA SP and the DS Lite, Nintendo makes me feel like these newer models are what the original ones should have been like in the first place.

The DS Lite comes with a filler cart for the GBA slot.
