Luigi.  His back-flip is extremely handy when mastered.  But I also play as Mario from time to time.  :P

Luigi. Then Mario. But mostly just to beat Bowser in the Sky or to fly around the castle.
I wish you could go to the very top of the castle like in the 64 version. :(

My game was stolen long ago, not that I ever bothered getting a new one, but when I had it, my favorite was Yoshi.

Wario and yoshi werent that great but they were fun to use.
