What is the most used move for your main? It can be more than one if you want.
Here's mine:

Falco - Side smash/Reflector
Peach - Peach Bomber
Toon Link - Boomerang/Bombs

That's all I can think of for now. :P
I'll edit them in as I think of them.

Dedede - Side smash
G&W - the sandwhich thing in midair, or the key attack
Captain Falcon - The knee of destiny

Marth- F-air of course
Wario- D-air
Toon Link- B-air or Boomerang
Lucas- N-air for approach

Link - Bomb Techs (Bomb Clawshotting and Bomb Slash)
Marth - Forward Aerial
Ike - Neutral Aerial and Regular Normal Ground Combo
Metaknight - Forward Aerial and Down Smash
Sonic - Spin Dash, Spin Charge, Down Smash, and Forward Smash

lucas- side B, standard A move
falco- A moves in the air
pit- A move in the air

Fox: Fox Illusion or Reflector.
Toon Link: Boomerang or Spin Attack
Marth: Dancing Blade

Of course, that's only if we're talking overused in General.

Diddy- Running attack
Pikachu- Dsmash, B-air
3D- Chain Grab ;D, D-air
Toon Link- When I feel like it, I start start spamming bombs like crazy.
CFalcon- Running attack, U-tilt
Ike- N-air, Forward/Back special

Fox- blaster
Ice Climbers- grabs in general
King Dedede- ftilt

Samus- Missiles (I usually just Morph Ball behind people and grab/beat them, but thats not really a move :P)

Zero Suit Samus- Side B/Air down A

Lucario- Aura Sphere

Zelda- Din's Fire

MK: Dimensional Cape followed by side A and shuttle loop.

Bowser: Normal A followed by forward smash A in the air.

I tend to use Sonic's Dash attack and spindash the most...
Snake: I use a ton of different stuff so I don't really have one
Wolf: See Snake
