I always seem to log off right after I make it.
Hopefully I won't log off this time. ::)
Anyone else have any strange posting habits?
Spell checking considered weird?
Yeah.
I tend to overuse the period.

Spell checking considered weird?
Possibly?
I'm sure most of the other people here don't use it.
I just let FireFox check it automatically.

That's what I do too.
I tend to start a new line after each sentence or thought.
I did the same thing on Oldsider, and I even got called out for it once.
It was kind of weird, and made me feel self-conscious. D:

Ooooh. I do that too.

Erm...... what~
I double space.
XD
I usually only post in threads and very rarely make topics.
I often end up going off on a tangent the longer my post is and have to go back and rearrange and edit to make it somewhat sensible.
I don't know. You tell me?

I seem to press enter a lot when making a post... especially a long one.
I guess it's just out of habbit...
I used to say back on oldsider that I pressed enter a lot because I always thought
it would be easier for people to read, but I don't think thats the case.

Those 2 things, and I used to abuse ellipses too often.

I never got called out for it, but this.
Your abuse of "..." made you awesome.

Oh, so first plenty of people complain about me using them (not saying you did), and now people begin to miss them?

It's a quirk, made you unique.
I generally start to think of a reply, but then decide that i don't feel like posting what i just typed out. Which leads to me not posting as often as most people >_>
I don't post enough.

I do the same thing
So stupid to waste time on calling someone out for something so completely harmless...
"Damn their soul to hell for too much spacing, but we'll let this flame war go on, and on, and on..."
Oh, and I also change my mind mid-post & end up not posting at all
And I tend to use dot dot dot a lot ...

Zies beat you to it.
Anyway, whenever I quote someone, I press enter twice then star typing.

It wasn't that type of a callout, they just said "Why do you always start a new line for everything?"

This.
I don't find a simple line break enough to separate my thoughts in longer responses, so I usually use a space like other people to separate my thoughts.
I use a slightly larger space to separate directly-unrelated thoughts, as well.
Sometimes when I'm in the mood to post, I feverishly refresh the page and just post stuff in threads I have no interest in...
For some reason I use different levels of seperation of thoughts. Sometimes I just use a period, sometimes I skip one line, and other times two. I've actually been trying to avoid doing that lately.
Also, I tend to start too many things with "also".
I sometimes unintentionally start making my post look like a list.
I used to over use "..." to end, start, or break a sentence and I also used to overuse the ;) smiley a lot... it's very noticeable in my post tracker.
And I sometimes start sentences with the word "and".
Often, I tend to use commas to seperate similar parts of sentences, like this, and then using it again for some other purpose, which tends to make my sentences have like four commas at times, similar to this one.
I have no idea how I ended up making every message in this list apply to it.
...I also tend to edit posts immediately after posting.
