Cancelled games are often leaked to the Internet, and along with Half-Life Gold, Propeller Arena is considered to be the holy grail of Dreamcast games. It was an online dogfighting game that was never released for two reasons:
1. The Dreamcast was pretty much dead by 2001 and no one, even Sega, could make a game that would draw attention away from the PS2.
2. The game itself was canceled days after the 9/11 attacks because of the cover.

The game was completely finished, it was just never released. Fortunately, someone found a copy in 2004 and burned the game to the Internet for people to download, like I am right now.
It is supposed to be one of the Dreamcast's best, here's a gameplay video:

if you have a blank CD-ROM and a Dreamcast, you should definitely check it out. :)
I want a Dreamcast ;_;

Most mom and pop/retro game stores sell them for around $30.
46% now. :)
some of the best games are cancelled or region exclusive. Its a shame. I was hoping the VC would tackle cancelled and region specific games....but so far no good except a handful of Japanese exclusives....
