So I was staff-dancing with my giant candy cane to hardcore rave music in my room when suddenly I attempted an extreme maneuver and the hook end of the candy cane got entangled with the hanging chain that turns on the fan, making the fan spin, and out of surprise I jumped back and the chain went flying, almost getting caught in the fan and I jumped up and grabbed it just before it would've pulled it out of its socket and turned off the fan and then resumed staff-dancing.
Yeah.
So what was your latest close call?

Had to say it before someone else did. But anyways... Close calls, close calls... Could be the time I flipped over the handle bars of my friend's bike, or the time I fell outta a tree and landed on my stomach, or the time I was playing tag, and tried to escape by trying to get over the stair railing at my friend's house, but slipped and ended up falling back and hitting my head on concrete... 0.0;

nono, pole-dancing is different. Pole-dancing involves a stationary, floor-to-ceiling pole while staff-dancing involves a shorter, lighter staff that may or may not be on fire.

some poop hole almost hit me on the way to work the other day...
but that happens every day. we have some of the worst drivers in the country (someone from Steinbach (where I live) got 4th place on Canada's Worst Driver).
I'm really cautious and careful, so I don't really have many close calls.
However, I do remember this one time where I was in a hotel where I randomly became blind for a few minutes. I also became dizzy and I thought I was going to fall. I was in the process of getting breakfast and luckily, I was near something I could grab onto. I called my dad over and he took me too a seat where I felt better and got my vision back. One of the scariest moments of my life and I still don't know what happened to me that day.
i was pulling my controller out of my game cube and it was tangled with a lamp so i pulled it out lamp felled and i did a fowerd dive making the lamp barely miss me.
I am a dumbass when it comes to this stuff. One time I was hill running. (Running down steep hill) (Really, don't ask why I was, I just was.) Anyway, I was running along having a grand ol time when all of a sudden a tree popped out of nowhere. I made a quick left, but as fate would have it, the tree had a low branch sticking out to the left. I was about to crash so I just closed my eyes. All of a sudden I found myself doing a frontflip right over the branch and made it down the hill. Once I made it to the bottom, I collapsed from realizing what had just happened.
I once was attacked by a bear in the northern region above Canada while hunting for a new type of Tomato. The bear completely tore of my left arm before I could strangle it to death. Unfortunately for me, in the heat of the moment I got a bit excited and with my arm missing and blood spewing everywhere, I slipped into V-tach and was pronounced dead for over a minute. Thankfully my medic Ulysses was on hand and brought me back.
I never found that Tomato though.

POOR LAMP??? I STILL GOT HIT FROM THE SHARPNAL WHEN IT CRASHED AND NOW I HAVE A SCAR ON MY HEAD TO PROVE IT. And it wasnt a reading lamp its one of those 10 feet tall lamps.
