HMM, I WONDER WHERE THEY GOT THE IDEA LOL
I can hear Nintendo laughing from here :P
i can't belive someone would buy that =|
...And here I was thinking the PS3 was expensive...
I can actually forsee Nintendo filing a lawsuit for this. The design is litterally a ripoff copy of the Wii-mote with only a few differences.
Both are Motion Sensitive
Both Appear to have a "Point/Click" Ability
Both have an A button located on the top just above the center
Both have a trigger type of button underneath, AKA the B button
Both have 2 buttons near the bottom (1 and 2 Wii, X and O Stix)
Both even have the exact same type of wrist strap (When compared to the old Wii strap)
Both have a Control pad. Though the Wii is traditional + shape, Stix is an O shape.
Even the flow or "design" of the controller is a rip off, especially if you look closely at the way it's shaped around the B button
And that's just the Controller.
If you watch the Commercial or Demo on their site, you can see a blatant ripoff of Starfox.
Personally, with all these lawsuits Nintendo has been getting filed against them, I think it's time Nintendo finally filed one against someone else.
It looks like a prototype Revolution controller.
Oh, and that really does look like a rip-off of Starfox.
Nintendo actually has SUED other companies? Usually they are the ones that get sued. I can't recall Nintendo suing anyone other than pirates.

Nintendo almost never wins lawsuits. winning for them is settling out of court.
Nintendo needs to sue more.

They sued those poeple that made the wireless nunchuck, didn't they? I hated them for that, the wireless nunchuck looked awesome. :(
AWSOME!
I'M GONNA GET THAT!
Nintendo just went into the future and copied those guys.
That was a boredom message. Nintendo could and should sue, that is a 95%+ copy of the Wiimote. Even the games are basically copies.
For one, that is [sarcasm] SOOOOOOOOOOOOO ORIGINAL I ALMOST CRAPPED MYSELF [/end sarcasm]
Seriously, I smell lawsuits ::) ...Quote from: JrDude on August 29, 2008, 08:42:16 PM

The controller even looks eerily like a Wii Remote.

Oh wow. That's just sad... :| :| :| :|
I agree, Nintendo really needs to start suing other companies more.
If anything, this is a sign of Nintendo's maturity: if they can let this piece of crap get by without suing, then those other companies that are trying to suck Nintendo dry should have enough decency to stop being the lawsuit-happy retards they are.

They still haven't replied to the posts I made on their forums. :(
You guys say they don't know how to sue after they kept the name Kong in Donkey Kong when Universal studios sued them?
