The graphics card is great. Really really good. I'm too lazy to look at the rest of the parts though.

Meh, I was thinking of a sound card, but I would be using headphones mostly, so I don't really need one. Also, I might be getting a graphics card from my friend so I just picked out that one just in case he still needs it.

Headphones plug into the soundcard.

A SOUND CARD IS NOT A PAIR OF SPEAKERS.

A SOUND CARD IS WHAT GIVES YOUR COMPUTER SOUND.

NO SOUND CARD, NO SOUND, NO MUSIC.

I didn't look at what he has there but unless you are into the whole music thing an on board sound card will do fine

Graphics card sucks balls. Needs sound card. OS needs to be Windows Vista 64 bit since you gave the wrong link, so I have no idea what it is.

Back to the graphics card. If you aren't looking to spend very much one one, go for the 8800 or 9800.

Don't get an GeForce 8 series, my brother has one in his Macbook Pro and he heard news that they basically self destruct(the whole computer)

"(which basically entails every 8 series graphic card below the 8800)"

The article also doesn't even say what makes them "bad".

Edit: Ah, I didn't notice the link. Still, I don't believe there is going to be any problem with those.
