I guess I'm an overachiever, only when it comes to sports. Everything else is just average. How about you?
Overachiever, but only in certain things. Then I'm average.
overachiever + procrastinator.
Basically, I strive for good grades and take the hardest courses in school, but at the same time, I procrastinate until the last minute and cram a lot D:
Major underachiever.
I'd like to think that I'm not an achiever.
somewhat overachiever.
But not much...
I'm an achiever. I get the job done, period, end of story. I don't work my ass off, but I'm not stupid either, so even when I'm a slacker I still do a superb job on things. Right now, my college GPA is like a 3.33 without really doing poop...

That's me.
Over. I try too hard, but lots of times it does pay off. My goals are often very high, but the struggle of getting there can be quite rewarding.

This sadly describes me perfectly.
Overachiever in achedemics?
Im usually average, but, I can be an overachiever at times.
I'm even more of an underachiever than Silver. D=
But when I put my entire mind to it, I can get the job done.

That is pretty under. Actually that is very under. :P
underachiever, I could do good in class I just don't care
I guess a little bit of both. I knew some Algebra in 3rd grade, know some quantim mechanics now, only in 10th grade. And at games I always try my hardest.
However, I never do my homework and skip a lot of classes. And don't like working.
Hmm... I think you guys should decide this one. :-\

What do you know about quantum mechanics? :P
That light is measured in quanta for instance?
The standard model?
The hierarchy problem?
String theory and branes?
One of my buddies the other night mentioned one of my old teachers... what he said to me once was:
"You're a very bright kid, maybe the smartest I've ever had, but you're a lazyass and slack off."
lol, that was my favorite teacher. He is straight forward with things (I ended up acing the first and second semester finals, bringing my grade to a 79.5% both semesters, which is the minimum for a B)
Uh, I guess I'm an overachiever. I always want good grades. But I always put things off or just don't do them, then cram the next day.
Underachiever. I can't remember the last time I got an A in a real class, and yet I got a 35 on the ACT.
At some things I'm average, at others I'm an underachiever. I never have and probably never will be an overachiever. I try my best but I'm not as good as other people are.
Same as Zovi
I'm a year ahead in math and I'm taking as many pre-AP classes as possible, but I really don't care for homework. I try to find "shortcuts" to skip as much of it as possible.
But I'm the kind of person who can put it off to the very last minute and still get a good grade. I've never had a grade below a B in final overall grades, specific assignments yes, but at the end of the term I'm good.
I'm sort of in between, I'm capable doing all the hard stuff, and I've taken some hard classes... but I tend to be as lazy as possible when it comes to work...
I'm generally an underachiever, but I tend to overdo large projects and reports and stuff. I remember that in my high school World History class, I had to write a paper on Mayan culture. It kinda became more of a booklet, considering it ended up being roughly 50 pages.

Um, not THAT much.
I do know that the atoms of one object and another object never really touch. I also know that matter is mostly empty. And I know what entanglement is.
But I'm pretty sure this isn't THAT extraordinary. Like I said, I know SOME quantim mechanics. And also, a lot of what I "know" I really don't know if it's 100% correct either.
So far, Quantim Mechanics and Quantim Physics are actually pretty awesome. I should learn more! :)
But back on topic, do you consider me an Overachiever or an Underachiever. I personally don't know what to call myself.

hmm...I don't know if I'd put that under quantum necessarily. The quantum level is a step even smaller than that. That's at the subatomic level, which is absolutely gigantic compared to quantum level.
also, fyi, it's "quantum", not "quantim", since a "quantum" of something is a definitive integral amount.

The strugggle? Don't you mean the results?
