I intercourse ing hate iPods >_>
Mine just froze, and even plugging it into the computer won't unfreeze it. I tried to restore it, but iTunes keeps freezing @_@
I need a Zune. Anyone know how to unfreeze the darn thing?
QuoteStep1
Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.)
Step2
Press and hold the Menu and Select buttons.
Step3
Hold until the apple logo appears ( Should appear in about 6-8 seconds) you may need to do this a couple times.
You do need a Zune. Best purchase I made in a while. Good thing I trusted my impulse...since I bought it after 30 seconds of pausing to look at it in Best Buy one day.
Buy the new 120GB Zune when it comes out. $250, same price as the old 80GBs.

Hell, thats nothing. I was just going to get a custom 80GB, but that sounds better.
Also, thanks Mario, i'll try it.
I've yet to have anything bad happen with my iPod. And I don't seem to know anyone else who has had problems either...hmm...
You NSF iPod users sure have rotten luck.

its so easy to unfreeze them... just hold menu and the circle button for a couple seconds, and your ipod is fine 5 seconds later.

Let the battery drain, recharge battery. It happens all the time to me.

Does doing something in particular usually make it freeze? Because somehow mine hasn't done so yet and I've owned it for about a year.

Every time it has happened to me, I just click on a song, and sometimes it just... Freezes 0_o

I've owned mine for four years already and it's only frozen once.
It happened while I was playing it through one of those speaker things (a knock-off of the iHome) and it randomly froze. Did that make any sense?
mine sometimes freezes when it's hooked up to a computer and trying to connect.
