I just so happened to have run across this vid on youtube. The Falco was good, but in a pretty cheap way. I sorta feel sorry for the King DDD user:

EDIT: There is also a part 2.
Umm, does it show actual moves like his chaingrab? Or is it just sad?

Yep. What Star says.
Chaingrab.
Keeping distance. (Unless his opponent is vulnerable to attacks or left wide open)
Blaster.
And consecutive usage of Falco Phantasm.
So, it is a decent Falco?
Yeah. I'd call him decent.
Not enough aerials in my opinion, but he is decent I suppose.
Huh.
Sometimes you don't really appreciate the music until you hear a match without it.
It sounds empty...

Those tactics makes me really mad but I wouldn't play as heavy characters such as DDD against Falco>:(
DDD can do the same thing.
He was just a below average D3.

D-throw chain works wonders as does F-tilt projectile block.

The thing with DDD's chain is that you need to act fast and accurate if you wish to connect the combo.
I've succeeded many times though. But it still not that easy to accomplish. :P
As for the F-tilt, I usually only use that as a defense rather than an offense.
I remember when I got Melee. The first thing I did was unlock Falco, and for quite a while I used only him, spamming Fire Bird every time. :P
Needless to say, I now play as other characters and use more than one move.

And you are usually on the defense when you are being projectile spammed.

I've always wondered how overpowering Fox's blaster would be if it had the flinching effect like Falco and Wolf.
Wow, without music it seems like something's missing. Pretty good falco
