1st one. The card sucks on both though.
If you aren't planning on playing intense games on either, you're fine. First is better.
HP sucks in my opinion.I haven't seen a HP computer that ran games well.

Then you're either:
A.) Not looking hard enough
B.) Not looking at the "Make Your Own Computer" stuff.

Well, I've never looked at HP compu- hmmmm I should check their laptops....
Anyways, if I wanted to make my own computer I would buy parts from New Egg.
Also, is there a way to buy a laptop from HP without a preloaded OS or preloaded with Linux(Ubuntu)?
i plan on playing GTA San andreas, 4, and Vice city on these laptops. also, Halo 1 & 2, and true crime : NYC. if i played these on the TX2500Z, and i lowered the Resolution to 800 x 600 for halo games, and 640 x 480 on the GTA games, would it work without any lag?

If you're going with Vista ultimate SP1, just get 32 bit.
SP1 of Ultimate can see all 4+ GB of RAM, so no need for 64-bit.
Plus 32 bit has more software support, from what i've seen.
