Superman's a jerk.  Batman is less of a jerk and has cooler weapons.

1. he's kickass.
2. he has cool weapons

Batman is infinately better than Superman
Superman is just way too generic and bland.
Batsy has a real story, real problems, not to mention he has:
Better tv shows
Better movies
better toys
better comics
better villains
Better gadgets
better setting
hell everything is better.

Especially the villans part. I mean, Braniac and Lex were awesome, but Batman had Poisen Ivy, Mr. Freeze, Joker, Riddeler, Penguin, Catwoman (Sometimes), etc.

He likes superman and I like oBatman.
