Mine would have to either be Ms. Pac-Man or Cruisn' Exotica. Maybe Mario Kart GP 2.
Not that there are many arcades around here, all the machines are usually in restaurants or bars. Except for Dave and Buster's, which has the big machines and newer games, including Mario Kart GP 2, which is awesome.
Oh, forgot Popeye.
House of the Dead(original) and Time Crisis III.
I actually hold the high score for my local arcade in House of the Dead, but it's been a about a year, so I wouldnt be suprised of it's been beaten.
F-Zero AX, I had a hacked Memory card at the time ;-)

It is, but I've ALWAYS wanted to play F-Zero AX, but the freaking machine is so rare, especially the Deluxe one. I think there are only 14 cabinets in North America available to the public.
Mario Kart GP games
Of the ones I've acutally played...Crusin Exotica or DDR.
I always like the shootan games, but the racing games are always fun too.
Uhhh...this Bullet Hell game I played at a Namco Arcade one time.
I forgot the name exactly...or if I even played it...
Galaga is pwn.
Galaga.
One time I racked up a score of 300,000! It was a personal best for me. x3
But the intercourse ing game was broken and I couldn't save my score.
Dance Dance Revolution.
I will and do spend all of my allocated arcade money on it...unless of course there's something very special at the arcade in question. But it has to be good to beat out DDR.
When I go to the arcade near me (which I do only 10-15 times a year because it's not very near me, just sort of near me in the next town) I head straight for the DDR SuperNOVA 2 machine like it is my clear objective in life and go insane on it.
<3 DDR <3 <3 <3
Eh, DDR.
MvC2
DDR
Pac-Man and Galaga for straightforward arcade games.
Mario Kart and F-Zero for awesome arcade games (Yes, I've played both; Disney Century Resort, best arcade EVER)
Mario Kart GP, and Pac Man/Ms. Pac Man.
Galaga or Pole Position.
Maybe even X-Rally.

HEY, YOU LOOK LIKE A REAL JERK
You mean Rally-X?
I've never known the difference between Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man.

Ms. Pac-Man actually has slightly more random mazes and levels.
