Well today was the Brain Bowl at our school, right in the middle of Homecoming Week.
In the Brain Bowl, all grades have 4 competitors that answer questions as a team.
As Sophomores, my team and I were the returning champions and we were looking to win the title of "Smartest Class" once again.
We beat the Freshmen with ease, but then we had to face the Juniors who had beaten the Seniors.
The question was to "Name the artist and the song that is about to play."
To my surprise, out of all the songs they could have chosen, it turned out to be "Never Gonna Give You Up" by Rick Astley.
I was one of the few people there that knew we were being Rick Rolled. It was hilarious. :D
On to my question:
Has there ever been a time where the Internet has helped you out?
Heh, they Rick Rolled you in school, that's harsh.
And yes, I've had to apply a number of the things I've learned from our profiles (CSS) to just bashing idiots. A lot of things, in fact, the criticisms I receive on my reviews really help my actual writing....internet is a great place.
I just realized that the title sounds kinda odd.
Your school Rick Rolled you? You should counter roll back.
Yup, the Internet's helped me a bunch of times, surprisingly.
Mm...no, not really.
Actually, to think about it, I don't think it has. Well, maybe in school work but socially and in general, no.
Rick Rolled in school? Dang, you need to hit them back. =P
Memes will never let you down.
My school rickrolled me last year. Me and a friend sang to it, and everyone was staring. It was fun.
No, but it's sad when people in my school barely discover Caturday or even Chuck Norris facts....

My school just learned of Chuck Norris....I want to die.
The internet helped me a lot with HTML in my webpage design classs Junior year.
Other than that, no.
I did an entire AP Statistics project on NSF last year.
Apparently my English teacher loves lolcats, so I promised to get him some good ones (he has some mediocre ones hung up in his room right now).
