Title: Is GH:WT compatible with RB2?
Post by: Mutilator7 on October 30, 2008, 04:47:55 PM
I bought the whole world tour band pack and was wondering if i can just buy the rock band 2 game disc instead of having to buy a whole other band pack for rock band

Well the RB2 instruments won't work with GH:WT.

The GH3 Les Paul is confirmed to work with RB2 but we still don't know anything about the GHWT instruments.

Cool, I might buy the RB2 disk alone, and then buy the other stuff later. If the GH:WT instruments work with it, I'll just get those.

I use RB1 drums for WT, cheap, wired GH3 guitars and a Rock Band mic.

Probably not nearly as fun as playing them with the real things, but yeah.  I don't know if it works the other way around <_<
