Doodle by Me, Myself and I.
This was inspired by a thread about other characters in the Mario franchise that could use their own games.
My idea was a RTS featuring Bowser's beginning career. The premise being that after shortly becoming of age to lead the Koopa Clan, Bowser decides to make a name for himself by putting all the other prominent tyrants in their place.
He would start off with the standard Koopa forces like Koopas, Goombas, Paratroopas, Lakitus, Magikoopas, bob-ombs and monty moles. He would wage war against rivals like Cackletta, Wart, and Smithy while recruiting new minions to his movement.
God this idea practically writes itself.
If you want it to make sense with all the past Mario games in place, that would be impossible due to the fact that when Bowser was a Baby, he still wanted Peach and he wasn't a regular Koopa (M&L: PiT).
Though it is a good story in theory. Nice picture.

Since when has Nintendo ever cared about continuity? I mean look at the Zelda games they're a jumbled mess in terms of overall story b/w games.
I say go for it. It'd be interested and fun! I always love playing as Bowser.
If all of them rushed mario liked that, Bowser might actually win for once.

Those are different times with people who just HAPPEN to look like Link. Different time = different story.
The Mario world is all one time (M&L: PiT is in the past but yeah).
In LoZ, you are a different Link every time, and in different times, in Mario games, when you are Mario, that's it, you're Mario, not a different Mario who happens to look like a past Mario, you are the same Mario as the last game.
Gracias.
I like getting feedback.

Different Link?
So that means, different Ganandorf and different Zelda, and different everything else that happens to have the same name and looks exactly like any other Thing?
MMMK!
:P

Ganondorf = Probably
Zelda = Sometimes/Yes
In WW, Zelda was Tetra.
I was under the impression that the Hero of Time just reincarnates over and over again hence why he looks the same but slightly different and why he's 'The Hero of Time'.
Also why are we having Zelda discussion in a Bowser Thread?

No idea.
But the first 3D Link was the Hero of Time because he was able to go to the past and the future at will, WW Link was the Hero of the Winds, not time, and TP link was Hero of Twilight maybe?
