Who's getting it for the XBox360?

This game looks absolutely incredible!

The AI Director is seriously like... awesome.

lol, why would you get it for the 360? :\

theres no good reason for such behaviour.  get it for PC instead.

Because the 360 works epicly with games involving movement.

the PC is so much better though :\

you can aim better, its more customizable, there are more servers, you can run other programs underneath, you turn faster, etc.

lol, I play Counter-Strike 1.6 (ironically the same creators as L4D) on computer and love it that way, but I want to play L4D with more friends as well as using the controller rather than a mouse and wsad (even though that way is easier).  Both have their upsides, and I'm just sticking with XBox360

btw, the early demo came out today!  Anybody downloading it?  I've gotta wait for my redemption code >,<

I can't aim better on the PC for ANY game.  Yes, you can mod it more but that doesn't make any standard levels any less enjoyable.  The number of servers doesn't make the game any less enjoyable when I'm playing it and more often it'd be with friends anyways.  On PC, I'm lucky if any programs running in the background don't overload my computer.  I'm lucky if the game even runs without lagging to the point it's unplayable.  You can easily edit horizontal and vertical sensitivity on the 360, even mid-game, and analog sticks are better than a mouse that you have to keep picking up and sliding.. it feels so unnatural.

Maybe for some people.. all that is somehow better.. but not for me.  I have both demos and I seriously can't stand playing it on my computer... it's awful.

turning on the 360 is far, far slower. it's less competitive.

also, for valve games specifically, you get valve content.  you get custom games. you get custom skins.  you get custom sprays.  you get server add-ons (rtv, radio, nominate, rollthedice).  you get to use cheats, and screw around with the game with console commands.

it doesnt make the standard levels less enjoyable, but the fact that you have so many more people playing the game, and so many more maps makes everything besides the levels more enjoyable.

Because my PC intercourse ing sucks and I don't want to spend $1,500 on a gaming PC when I use a laptop for everything anyway. I'd rather play it in HD on my 360 than the bare minimum on my PC and having to restart my PC every 10 minutes. Also I'm better with controllers than a keyboard anyway.

I'm getting it on 360.

A PC that can play everything on medium to high at least can easily be made for $600. That's with a 9800 GT card.

I don't have $600, but I have $60.
