Yes, all the campaign ads and annoying phone calls will end tomorrow. They are expecting such a high voter turnout that my school district is canceling school so they can handle the voters as efficiently as possible. Barack Obama has a slight lead in the polls, with John McCain leading slightly behind.
Are you voting tomorrow or have you already cast an absentee ballot? Or are you younger than 18 and did one of those events in school where students vote for the president?
I can't vote, and i'm homeschooled D:

I would vote, but for some reason my absentee ballot "never came in"
I BET! It's cuz I live in Georgia and since they're a red state they don't want us "yuggins" voting X_X;;
I'd vote Obama, but neither are that great. At least Obama has a chance of being good, while McCain will just intercourse over the country more.

Strangely enough though, Obama actually has a slight lead in Virginia, a state that has voted Republican in every election since 1964.

I couldn't have said this better myself.
If I was able to vote I wouldn't.
Vote for McCain(or whatever his name is): If he dies, congrats, just voted for a terrible VP
Vote for Obama: He gets shot, and now you feel bad because you contributed to him getting shot, if wasn't president he might have not been killed.
And if not those, they both suck anyways.
I can't vote, as I'm not yet 18, but our school is holding a mock election.

But yeah, we get assignments on all sorts of votes. Our last paper was on the Electoral College votes, for instance, and a prediction of who will be President (that was hard, :D) so, yeah.

Actually the electronic ones are just as bad (although that simpsons skit was funny as hell about it XD )
Again, this is why the elctoral college fails. Why should three or four states basically determine an election? Not saying the other votes don't matter but it puts greater importance on those votes. Also, it essentially wastes votes for the party not winning the state...

Not really....Georgia is too red overall. However, our Senate race is rather close, with Jim Martin(D) within 4 percentage points of Saxby Chambless(R) since the economic downturn. That would be a HUGE upheaval if Georgia has a Dem Senate holder

At this point unless somehow California goes Republican, this is as good as over (unless every state besides Cali goes Republican, but I HIGHLY doubt that)
