So I clicked on http://cent-auction.com/ add to raise money and they caught my eye when they were biding a DS for only 26cents D:! So are they for real or are just going to run away to Cuba with 26cents?

There's a catch. I think with those sorts of sites, every time you bid, you're forced to pay the money up front. Even if you lose the bid, you still pay for what you bid on it.

It says 1 bid = 1 credit.

Look at the credit list.
1 credits     $1     
3 credits    $3    
5 credits    $5    
10 credits    $9.5
25 credits    $22
50 credits    $40
100 credits    $75    
150 credits    $100
