The people who made Excite Truck and are currently a second-party of Nintendo are finishing up a game so private and confidential, that they had to "darken their monitors when the bottled-water deliveryman entered the office."

I'm guessing it's something racing related, so it could be a lot of things. Excite Truck 2, Pilotwings Wii, Wave Race, or F-Zero. It's been in development for two years, so that should say something.
Knowing Nintendo...
I'd say "Babies First Videogame" ?? XD
Seriously though, I'd say it's Pilotwings if anything needs to be THAT top secret. Although I wouldn't hold my breath. It's probably something no one is really interested in besides casuals knowing their recent announcement history.

Based on THAT type of secrecy, it's obviously something that Nintendo would usually make in-house, but decided to pan off to the highest bidding second party because of the amount of work required.
Pilotwings and F-Zero are really the only two games that would command that amount of confidentiality, so I agree.
I say F-Zero.

I say F-Zero.
It would certainly be interesting, I can say that.
With Red Steel 2and Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, I'm going to say it is likely Excite Truck 2.
I really want it to be F-Zero Wii D:

I would prefer it to be Pilotwings Wii, but either way, they are going to reinvent whatever franchise they are working with, and probably add stuff like in-car combat in F-Zero and dogfighting in Pilotwings in addition to normal gameplay.

I'd buy it. Never owned and haven't really played an F-Zero game before.
