I got 40 on it....and that was a stretch. I haven't heard of half of those.
So, tell me how you do, and discuss some of the more obscure ones on the list.
You got 36 out of 68 Video Game Systems (released in the U.S.).
Damn. That was harder than I thought.
especially the game.com D:
Some were so dumb...

I forgot all about the Odyssey series of consoles, which killed my score.
I only put the Master Series once.....not thinking they'd want em all. Oh well.
31/68, would have been 32 if I remembered the name of the Odyssey (all I remembered was "Magnavox ______), 33 for the Turbografx (dumb mistake).
I got like... 11 >_>
Then again I wasn't really trying.
32 out of 68.
I straight out forgot some of them, but what the HELL is game.com!?

Same, I got the Magnavox, but couldn't remember Odyssey for the life of me.

game.com was like the DS, but not as good.
You don't say the "." either.

Oh, and it was the pretty much the first handheld to have online.
I got 34 out of 68.
After a while, I started to cheat, so that should tell you something...
...Also how cheap, they wouldn't give me Game & Watch because I didn't write "Nintendo Game & Watch".
35... At least I remembered the N-Gage.
I also have fond memories of TurboExpress. Wouldn't have known a thing about them if my friend didn't own 5 for some reason.

They were like $250 each. :|
23, and I completely forgot about some obvious one like Atari.

lol, I forgot Atari Pong, but when I typed in another Atari one it registered it.
I got 54. Not too bad. I wasted time by trying all the Wonderswan things though...guess they were never released in the US?
Also, no Pippin? Was that also non-US?
But yeah, forgot a couple versions of the Odyssey, the Lynx (dunno how i forgot it), and some other random stuff.
I keep getting "We are experiencing technical difficulties. We are trying to fix them as fast as possible and should be back up shortly. Sorry!"... I got that same message tonight, and last night.

I really only know these things because of hundreds of hours wasted on Wikipedia. There was a time in my Wikipedia-ness where the topic of research was the history of video game consoles...so yeah, I remember a lot.
However, if the quiz had been more specific, I would have got a lot less. For most of them you luckily don't have to know the creator of the console...because I didn't remember, for example, who created the Arcadia 2001.

However it's missing the GB Pocket, GBA SP and Micro and refused to take my Nintendo 64 submission. And then I just never heard of half of them.
32
Not bad, actually.
I forgot how to spell Calecovision and Jaguar. :|
53.

One of the first I remembered, and this list is actually missing a few.
And yes Kaz, the Pippin was released in the USA.
I know my systems pretty well, all those systems, not so much

I just typed "n64" and it took it. It uses abbreviations for possible submissions for most of the Nintendo consoles, but not all of them. Just try every name.
And by the way, if you had actually read the stuff at the top of the page, it mentions that there are no expansions, re-releases, updated versions, etc. of consoles on the list, thus rendering GBP, GBASP, and GBM disqualified.
You got 21 out of 69
i knew a lot of them, i just couldn't think of them :-\
26 out of 69
How the hell did I forget CD-i? >_>
only 19 I hadn't even heard of most of them, still kicking myself for forgetting the game & watch though. D=

Ah, I didn't really read it, so that would be why I missed that. Though I tried every conceivable way of typing n64 and it didn't take it.
30. Decent for me.

Man that was alot of typing.
I got 31 of 69, about 2 or 3 of which I tole from this thread.
I thought it was linux, and called it Master Console :D
First time was 50 something.
Second time was 62.
i got 34. how the intercourse did i miss PSP? LOL
I had no idea so many systems came out in 2005...
25/69 systems correct
Couldn't spell Turbografx. I had XaviXPORT on my mind, as I remembered that it had the same letters for beginning and end.
I forgot about HyperScan, Sega Game Gear, Neo Geo, six Ataris (only four of which I knew), N-Gage. I didn't even think of the Nintendo Game & Watch.
22/69
What the heck? How am I supposed to know most of those!?
Game.com, Milton Bradley Vectrex, Magnavox Odyssey, Fairchild Channel F? WOW. >:(
I just guessed on a lot of the Atari ones by adding random numbers after "Atari."
But I missed a few obvious ones.
31. Meh. I remembered the N-Gage, which I'm proud of.
How do you not know Magnavox Odyssey?
