I was just about to post a topic on this.
Basically, F_H first stepped down because he thought his school schedule would be too hectic to fit in his moderative duties at NSF, but he asked me to give Navigator back because he found that he had enough time.

When was F_H a mod, in November? And why was he demoted? Last I checked, he didn't even get put back on SIT.

He stepped down to school work. And I think that is when we were modded; the two of us were to replace the four or so that were axed (Zies, Fish, Riosan, Dill). Anyways, he had SIT underneath even as Navigator, so he still had it all this time.
