Wow...

Uh... if you get caught doing that at school, you might get something like a huge fine. It's illegal... (assuming that you don't mean homebrew)

I have a Mac and my school has PCs.  Is there any way to download it on my computer and play it at school, or do I have to download it at school?

Yeah, having ROMs of a commercial video game is illegal (there are a few exceptions, but not on public/school computers). Using it at a public computer makes it REALLY likely that you'll get caught...

The only way I could get caught is if the teacher knows it's illegal, right?

Actually, with all the security software installed at some schools, it might be able to track what devices were inserted and stuff like that, and those logs are probably read by the school's main person in charge of computers.
Another thing: depending on your school's security software, you might not be able to even run other programs besides just a few ones....

Here my rule.

If you don't know how to use it, don't bother with it, or find the darn answers yourself.
