I heard this on the radio.....
A guy was on a flight across the Pacific (about a 3-4 hour flight) and he kept ordering wine. Eventually he got trashed and then proceeded to beat his wife. Now either the man or the wife (I forget which) is trying to sue to Airline for giving the man the wine.
I do agree that it was stupid of the Airline to give the man so much wine, but still, I can't see how the airline is responsible for the man's actions. The man should have self control and stop drinking wine.
Hmmm, That is some legal issue there.
I'm really sure the plane ISN'T a bar to where they can just keep serving alcohol like that...
Well regardless of the matter, the husband had no right to beat his wife.
The wife should sue the husband.
NOW the lack of info about who's suing who
*(the wife or the husband)* when it comes to suing the airline well... I'm not sure about that one.
the wife sues both.
The man is an alcoholic and is probably suing to get more beer money.
The airline also shouldn't have allowed him to have that much wine. Don't they have limits on stuff like that?

I would imagine but apparently not. In all honesty I wasn't even aware that they served the kind of alcohol that they do. I knew they had beer and wine, but I was on a plane just the other day and I saw some guy who got a mini-bottle of Jack Daniels lmao.
That's kind of funny. I thought they limited to you to two glasses per x hours, or something. At least, I think they did with my family when we fly. They really should though.
