Title: Overreacting parents and the like.
Post by: Shujinco2 on January 07, 2009, 06:38:57 PM
Ok, so my Dad got home, right. The first thing he saw was that the TV in his room was unplugged. So, after replugging it, he saw the TV was on Video 2 (Our DVD channel thingie). He also saw my towel on his bedroom floor, right.

So guess what he thinks went down: He thinks I was watching HIS porn videos in HIS bedroom. So he grounded me from TV!

First of all, why use YOUR bedroom with your small TV and TV speakers when I could use the giant TV with surround sound in the living room?

And second of all, he states this was all in the morning before going to school. I GOT THERE ON TIME! WHAT IS HE COMPLAINING ABOUT?!?!?!?

And third of all, he's acting like I was using his TV and spotted his porn by chance. I KNOW WHERE HIS PORN IS! I CAN WATCH IT ANY TIME!

And the worst part is, I DIDN'T EVEN DO IT! Ugh.

Anyway, I was just wondering if any of you have moments like these with anybody ever.

Why buy porn when you can just watch online?

Anyway, no. My parents and incredibly irritating and stupid, but they don't bother me much. They are both at work all day and i'm usually out with friends or on a little mini vacation, so I don't have those problems much. And my step-dad is too much of a freaking vagina-y to have porn.

Uhh, No.

Why was your towel on his floor anyway?

...Why were you in your dad's room with a towel in the first place? Am I the only one who tends to veer away from his parent's room?

Anyway, my parent NEVER, EVER overreacts. She had every reason to ground me for coming out. Probably not good ones...

Heck yes my parents overreact...

For instance, one time I come home with A's, an 81, and a 79 on my report card and my mom ask me if I'm doing drug and says how they're bad n' stuff...
that's just one...

My dad rarely overreacts.
My always overreacts, though. She acts like nothing is ever her fault.
My brother is getting his hair cut short now. I came home with something slightly longer than just a trim. My mom SPAZZED OUT on me, because it wasn't like my brother's. :|
I look horrible in short hair, there's no way I'm going back to short hair...

my dad usually never overreacts except when he questioned me about when I walked to some pharmacy  to get a slush puppy he acted like i was j-walking.
My mom overreacts so much. she once yelled at me for getting two C+'s on my progress report and she grounded me for riding my bike in the rain.
On top of that my parents bug me constantly so it always feels like there's no such thing as provacy in my house.
I always have to delete my history after I go online and can't let them catch me wathing something on TV they haven't seen before or they'll spazz out.
