Do you guys ever put up a second window/tab and with this forum in it, so that you have it in two tabs/windows? Just so you can look at two areas at once or post a very long topic in one area, while surfing through other topics at the same time?
I do that when I'm typing up something long, because I have a short attention span. And I'll get bored, so I need to take a break and do something else. And if you do put up multiple tabs of the same site, how many do you make? I, myself, have only made two. Once again, because of my short attention span and need to do other things in between long posts.
No? I find it annoying when I have two tabs from the same site open; unless I'm looking at two very different areas of a site.
Occasionally. Like if I need to check on something on the forum for a thread or post I'm making, but usually not.
I do that all the time
No, not really. I usually just have one tab per site.
Some times if I want to take a look a two different threads. I usually end up forgetting that I have one of them open and just go on like I only have one.

Sometimes. Mostly if I need to remember what I'm posting.
Ex: LONG Rp post.
Yeah I usually have multiple tabs open when I want to read a few different threads and when I finish on that particular board, I usually just close the tab.
Chat and then A Forum Tab.
I sometimes have an additional NSFCD tab open in addition to the one that's always my first tab and the JavaIRC tab. It's convenient if I'm monitoring a single board for something.

Tell em what it is and I'll consider it D:
It's something that replaced the in-browser Java-based client.
I personally prefer it in-browser but some people like it in another client like Pidgin or whatever.

Because Java is a major resource whore.
Sometimes. It's rare, though.

Besides when it first loads, I don't find that true at all.

Not typically. Maybe if I'm making a long post, but other than that...

Not this site, but other sites, yes. I open tabs like my life depends on it. D=
