I would give my parents a good 9/10.
The only flaw is that they can get mad, and make some poor desicions at times...
But other thsn that, they are pretty awesome. :)

I guess I'd say a 9/10.
My mom does everything, even when I say I'll do it for her. And my dad always tries to spend time with us.
The only bad thing is that they can get mad from stupid stuff sometimes. And because of my dad's job, he has to work away from home for a month, then gets to come home for another month, then it repeats.

Probably about a 9/10 closer to 8 though. My parents are always supportive in whatever I choose to do and no real flaws. I'm going to be out of the house soon anyway so they've done their part and raised me well.

Also, I gave a 10/10 because I'm spoiled.

First and foremost, they love their children. That's the most important thing right there. Although they complain about it on occasion, they and my scholarship are putting me through college debt-free, and I owe them big for that. For most things, I'd be able to go to them and talk if I had any concerns. They usually trust me (although I was never a problem teenager and never did much of anything that was risky, so that's to be expected.) My mother is wonderful and started working full-time to help her kids through college. I'd never have my wonderful, vitriolic sense of humor if it wasn't for them.

Thing is, I think a lot of this mutual respect would be lost if I ever came out, especially to my father. Mom semi-knows, but I think she's in denial. My father also has the issue of steering me and my sister into the respective kinds of jobs that he'd like to see us in; he views any job not in math or science as inferior. Granted, you might find a job easier with a science background, but I think a parent should be supportive of whatever a kid wants to do provided that what the kid is doing is legal, and they'll be able to support themselves (and a family if desired) off of it.

I love my dad so much.  He did his very best when it came to raising me.  Although I hated moving almost every year to a new state, it was fun.  He'd always play video games with me, especially Mario Kart and Golf.  He loves Wario. xD

My step-mom is the best around. She's really down to earth, and when I need a talkin' to, she knows exactly what I need to hear.  We also got high together once, and she taught me how to make a pipe out of a soda can. XD 

My mom on the other hand..  I know she means well.  But most of the time we don't see eye to eye.  I rarely spent time with her when I was young, and especially before the divorce.  So I guess you can say that I don't really know her that much.

I'll rate my mom, 9/10.

I'll give my step-dad a 0/10, just because he's an irritating retard (No, really. You'd think he was on crack he's so hyper and stupid).


My mom is pretty awesome, she can just be a total ninny sometimes and freaking nag you about everything. But other than that she's pretty fun to be around, actually, she sounds like Red's step-mom :P

I gave a 6, but it probably was a little cruel.


My dad is completely lazy and will never do anything for himself, he makes an absolute ton of empty promises, doesn't raise my little siblings like he raised me, he got too lazy.  When he gets mad, he just yell and is like " EVERYONE GROUNDED, NOW!!!" Even if it was only oneperson's fault.  He won't listen to reason, and he likes to show off his authority by acting all strict around me, even though I wouldn't do anything wrong anyways.

My mom is nice, but doesn't try hard enough.  She is late. for. everything.  Then she never tries to talk reason into my dad like she should.

They have done a horrible job of raising my little siblings.  As far back as I can remember, I was getting grounded.  My brothers rarely get grounded, and it takes a smashed DS Lite to get a grounding- for 2 days. >_<  My two younger ones have no life whatsoever, it's alll videogames to them.  They have no manners, no responsibility, nothing.  My little sister has a horrible, spoiled attitude and is just a big baby.

If they weren't so lazy, they wouldn't be so bad.

It really depends on the day,

Right now, I'm so mad at my mom that I'd probably end up giving her a 3, so I don't think I'll ever be able to judge fairly.

They can be good. They usually don't support my opinions or really talk to me. I'd rather talk to my mom than dad, but it's better if they just don't know. I don't know.
