They suck real big dick!
I hate my current driver. A few days ago I was running a little late and I was running down my driveway and he saw me and left.
Our school district doesn't use buses at all because everyone lives close enough to the schools to either walk or get driven by their parents (since the people in our town that live a bit further away from our school happen to be in the rich, spoiled area).
I rode the bus up through 10th grade, then they started charging (when I was a Jr) to ride it, but by that point I was driving, I didn't mind it through
I don't have a problem with the bus, some of the kids on it are a tad annoying but I don't mind it too much. And in the summer I'll probably be riding my bike to school(It's a lot more fun)
I'm in college, so no bus for me.
I don't have a "school bus", but there's a bus I have to take every day to get to school, and I have had many issues with it.
-It's never on time. It's either really early or really late, either making me miss the bus because it's early, or making me be late for school because it's so late.
-The schedule isn't constant. At some points on some days they come every 5 minutes, others they come every 15 (and this is the middle of the day when they should be coming at least every 10).
-The drivers randomly stop at a grocery store to get themselves coffee, when they should be doing this at the end of their routes.
-the drivers constantly miss my stop. The other day, I had a driver miss my stop, then the next, then the next, then the next, while me and a few others were yelling from the middle of the bus for them to stop. the stupid ninny didn't, and I ended up being late for my theatre hours that evening. -_-
-the drivers are often ignorant to people exiting out the back. there's a button they have to press to activate the back door, and alot of the time they forget to do this.
-some buses are more comfortable than others, some are newer than others, but the new ones have crappy door opening systems (push the yellow line instead of the swingy door).
I can't remember if I've even been in a school bus my entire life... When I went to public school, my parents always just took me.
I like riding the bus, but I'll probably get one of my friends to drive me next year.
Nope, only when I was five.
I usually ride the bus, but lately my mom has been driving me. :)
I would rather not ride the bus. You have to get up earlier. Plus, my bus driver is never consistent. She's either on time or later. She kept on being later than usual, so I went out later. As I was walking down the road, the bus had flown by the bus stop...it was probably too dark to even see me. One of the reasons why the buses shouldn't be picking up kids at 6:30, when school starts at 7:34. :|
I always hated taking the school bus.
The bus was full of these annoying kids and I remember this one time afterschool where I got to the bus-loading area and the bus was pulling out. I started chasing after the bus and I saw this girl staring out of the window. I yelled at her to tell the bus driver to stop. The brat just looks to the front of the bus and smiles back at me. I hated that girl with a passion because I missed the bus.
I'm one of the 10 people out of the 840 in the school that walk. I like walking more than riding the bus. I get to sleep in later, come home earlier, and I can walk home for lunch since the cafe is always packed. Also, the walk is only 5-10 minutes.
I don't really mind it, I live in the last subdivision to be picked up in the mornings, and the first to be dropped off in the afternoons so it works out pretty well for me. But with basketball practice I don't ride in the afternoon as nearly as much.
I like cheese. olol.
Anyways, never rode one consistantly.

a lot of bus drivers have to make two routes if they're going that early.
Um...what?
