This update shed a little light on what Subspace is like, Since you have a party like you would in an RPG, it wouldn't make sense for characters to be backround characters in other's Subspace stories... I think Subspace is just one mode, that allows you to play as different characters when you have them in your party.
So what you're saying is that you don't think that each character will have their own story?

Exactly, not to mention it'd take a SHITLOAD of time to give every character a unique sub space story.
I sort of expected this when I saw the vid that intro'd petey. I could see like you starting in one place as one character but it would become the same story after like 1 level.
