This is supposed to be the types of gamers that exist in America, so, which are you?
23 seems to fit most everyone here well, so I'll stick with that. Although, 21 and 22 made me burst out laughing.
I'd say 23, maybe a little bit of 7. And maybe a little tiny bit of 2. D:
only number 21 :0)
22 and 23.

22 and 23.
You were the first thing I thought of when I saw number 22.
2, 15, and 23.
Oh yeah, and 26, just for the hell of it.
3, 21, 23, and 26.

Hey, at least I play the games I collect.
Unless they weren't opened, then I keep them sealed. >_>
23, 8 (because its true) and 6
23. Occasionally 22.
Maybe 9 too. Not sure...
Definitely 23. I'm not a picky faggot when it comes to gaming.
Like practically everyone else, I'd say I'm 23.
2, 7, a bit of 13, maybe a bit of 14 (though i've only done it once or twice), used to be 17, 23
oh, and 27 :)
21 and 23. Though i won't go all "WTF" over a Shiny Bidoof; because shiny or not, its still worthless.
23, a bit of 16, and some 13, but I think we all have that.
I'm just 23.
7 reminds me of basically everyone on the internet.
I can fit into 1, 7, a bit of 15 for some things. Otherwise I'd have an R4 or whatever.
Get me a good MMO, and I turn into 17.
19 for Persona 4. I used to be 21. 23, I love video games. I guess 24.
26, FUCKING STREET FIGHTER, NINTENDO'S E3, N+, MEGAMAN 9, AND REALLY SHITTY TF2 PLAYERS.
Well, I am a bit of 26 when it comes to Call of Duty.
It brings out the worst in me...
Basically 21, with a few other ones in there, like 1.

Unless you trade it for a Japanese Darkrai or something...

I actually got a Zapdos for a Bidoof on the GTS one time...
I'm probably a little bit between 8 and 23. I love great games, but I'm such a tourneyfag when it comes to smash =p
21 just screames me.
23, like most of you.
23. The actual guy who likes video games

On that note, my first shiny was a Zigzagoon. Which might as well be an older and less ugly Bidoof.
I'm:
A little bit of 21 (Pokefag), though I don't go with stuff like competitive battling, EV training, and shiny hunting
23 (The Guy Who Actually Likes Video Games), of course.
A tiny bit of 14 (Pirate), but I really don't do it much at all. Never for something that I would otherwise buy.
Some of 5 (Casual), since I actually like certain games labeled as casual.
Some 16 (Games=art), since I actually like video game music quite a bit along with some of the visual art stuff like sprites, models, character design, and backgrounds. Really, in its loosest definition, the word art can even apply to the game's programming.
It's funny how nearly all of those things bring out individual users, posts, or even general boards from my memories of posts at Nsider, NS2, Boyah, and here. NS2 especially.
23 and 22.
70% 23
20% 26
10% 2
23 Yeah sure.
4 I'm currently deciding if I should another DS or a Xbox 360 for my birthday.
8 =P
7
8, depending on what game and who I'm playing
13
23
3, 13, 19, 23, and 26.
...
8, 23, 7, 15,
Nostalgiafag, primarily.
10, 23, occasionally a bit of 13 and 22 as well.
13 because I loved 90's games so much and I think good graphics are ruining gaming right now
16 because even though I think realistic graphics are terrible, games are definitely art in their own right
23...less now than a few years ago. I blame anime.

So....you think we should go back to graphics like E.T. or SMB?

I just don't like realistic games. Good-looking surrealist stuff is great, but things that have a color palette that is akin to dirt and...darker dirt...are kind of ruining it for me.

That's realism.
We have reached realism's saturating point in games, the human eye can only see so detailed. They'll have to come up with something new other than going back to FMVs. I personally nominate hand drawn graphics/cel-shading and more motion capture.

I demand putting gameplay instead of graphics first.
THATS why the early/mid 90's where the real height of gaming. Graphics were good enough to where nothing was confusing, but developers put gameplay above all else. Unfortunately it's all GRAPHICS GRAPHICS GRAPHICS at points (I'm looking at YOU GTA4!)
Probably 21 and 23.
...And 26

People say GTA IV was realistic, but the graphics seemed stylized to me, especially the shadows.

Compared to previous installments, and how the graphics engine was handled, it was annoyingly realistic. Everything was too dark, brown, gritty, and all around unappealing (even though NY really is all those things, but that's why I play videogames, to get away from the "Blech"-ness of everyday life).
That game had a multitude of problems, from graphics to missions to piss poor control for vehicles. The only thing it did overly well was the story.
Oh, and "NICO, COUSIN!" every five seconds
