Well, a bill passed by the Utah House (of course it'd be Utah...) authored by Jack and a group wanting to hold stores accountable for selling "inappropriate" stuff to kids even though they say they tried not to. Basically it's holding the stores accountable in all instances, and the parents can sue. Now, it says there are some exemptions, but we all know this is just another stunt by Jack and right wingers to hold stores accountable when it's usually the parent's fault in the first place. Seriously Jack, just GTFO. You're arguments fail, your attempts to hold media makers and stores accountable is just plain rude, and the parents need to do a better job raising their kids.
Jack is just going to be disbarred in all states.
He won't ever pass anything.
what a jack-off...
You have to hand it to him, he knows where to go when you want to get a bill like that passed.
Disbarment won't happen in Utah, that only happened in Florida because they were sick of him bringing frivolous cases to trial.
I somehow see that getting struck down by the courts. A law that would have been fine originally now stands a chance being thrown out the window because Jack Thompson is a pompous windbag who won't take a hint to shut the intercourse up.

Well put!
I was probably going to say that myself.
The fine print is that it only applies to stores that volunteer to adhere to the ESRB ratings. All any store has to do is say it isn't their policy to follow it, and they're fine. He lost.
